The website applauds their ability to accommodate food allergies, but the only place to get a gluten free meal was the main restaurant in the lobby. I can't believe I paid $800 for what was the worst trip my family has ever been on. The pack and play we were relying on for our 1 year old to sleep in was worthless because the middle of the bottom mat was sturdy but both sides just fell to the floor. Once we finally got a text saying our room was ready our keys didn't work. The hungry package I paid for specifically said breakfast, lunch and dinner were included but no lunch was included.
We actually ended up leaving while waiting for our room because after driving 4 hours in a horrible ice storm we were hungry and didnt know what food options we had.
